DESCRIPTION
Nestled halfway between Houston and Dallas, a cozy glamping retreat awaits! Enjoy a renovated 1962 Airstream trailer outfitted with all the comforts of home, including a kitchenette, shower, and queen bed. Relax and roast marshmallows around the fire pit, catch a glimpse of deer and other wildlife, or take a nature walk to spy the friendly horses and cattle in the surrounding pastures. The property is flying off-grid with utilities including a well, solar power, septic, and even Starlink internet. It also features a native Texas ecosystem that we are continuing to preserve, including wildflowers and wildlife!

Check yourself in with the keypad at the gate to the property, and at the Airstream door.

HOUSE RULES
- MINIMUM AGE: You must be 25 years or older to rent this unit.
- APPROVED GUESTS ONLY: Maximum occupancy for this unit is 3 guests, preferably 2 adults and 1 child.
- EVENTS/GATHERINGS: If you want to host a party, please do so elsewhere. Video monitoring is in place, for security and to verify approved guests on-site. Otherwise, guests of all backgrounds are welcome.
- Guest Occupancy Agreement signature is required.
- NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking unit. Please do not smoke inside.
- PETS: Pets welcome!
- FOOD POLICY: No eating in the bed.
- BABIES: This unit is not toddler/baby proofed, but 1 young baby is welcome in addition to your 3 guests.
