Sweet Retreat Properties is a family run business with the goal to provide guests "sweet" stays in our "sweet" properties. We started in Sugar Land, and have now grown to managing properties in Stafford and rural Texas as well.

Riveted Retreat
Nestled halfway between Houston and Dallas, a cozy glamping retreat awaits! Enjoy a renovated 1962 Airstream trailer outfitted with all the comforts of home, including solar power, well water, Starlink internet, and views of Texas forest. Enjoy roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, catching glimpses of deer and other wildlife, or take a nature walk to spy the friendly horses and cattle in the surrounding meadows.
Present Street Place
Present Street Place is a newly renovated late 1800s home. It is primarily geared towards guests needing to come to Houston for medical care, but when it is not occupied, we open it to other guests.
